During our initial conversation and the follow-up visit, we explained the challenges that come with treating pet urine that has penetrated deep into the carpet padding and subfloor. Unfortunately, prior DIY cleaning efforts using excessive water without proper extraction can sometimes worsen the issue by spreading the odor further. Our technician worked thoroughly and made multiple attempts to address the stains and odor. We also returned for a second visit to continue working on the problem. However, as we explained, replacing the carpet pad is often the only reliable solution when the damage is that severe — especially in rental properties where long-term buildup has occurred. As for the timing, we did communicate that we had a major job earlier that day and a long drive up north. We appreciate your patience and understanding in that regard. While we’re proud of the effort and care we put into this job, we understand your frustration and only wish the results had met your expectations. "Thanks for helping with our home carpet. My kids done a lot of marks all over the carpet. After carpet cleaning, it's looking amazing. Appreciate your work". We loved your kind words for us and we shared it on our Instagram page on November 22nd and you left this review on November 11th, same day with cleaning. We didn't even ask or offer and discount for your review. it was all your choice as we know. We have finalized the bill over the phone after negotiating the price. When we arrived to your house, after we walked through the whole house with your wife and seeing the carpets how stained and soiled we didn't change the price of general deep carpet cleaning and didn't charge any extra for those stains. Bill reminded as $340. As we inform to all our clients about pet stain and odor removal as an additional service and quotes on-site after knowing the condition of the carpets by walking through with an UV light. After we walk through with our UV light to detect all pet stain accidents, We let your wife know that there are a lot pet accidents and cost of getting rid of them and cost of it was $290. She decided not to treat those spots since it was an additional service and probably it is a rental property. While our technician was cleaning the carpet new tenants asked about condition of the carpets. Technician explained the condition of the carpet and additional cost for pet accidents removal. Because of they were going to live there they decide d to pay the additional $290 and have us apply stain/odor removal. When we completed the job and accepted the payments we sent all receipt to your email address and we informed you before we started the job and after we are completed. We are really confused why are you so unhappy about our work once you really appreciated
