Ali came quickly, did an amazing job (the carpet has never felt so good under my feet), and charged me a fair and reasonable price. When I noticed an untreated spot a few days later, I called and Ali came back that same day. Embarrassingly, the spot was only a shadow caused by a standing mirror. He could not have been more charming and kind about it (on a 95 degree day!). I CANNOT RECOMMEND RINO HIGHLY ENOUGH.
