This Rhino team is amazing! I wanted to pick a carpet cleaning business that had truck mounted cleaning solution. They gave me a 30 min arrival window (not 4 hours like everyone else), arrived on time and Therese took a look at the area I wanted cleaned to make sure they got everything covered. They cleaned everything so well (we had a couple pet stains) and then they cleaned my area rug out on my patio. I had my carpet cleaned by another company that advertises a lot. They did not remove stains in heavy traffic area. Ali did remove those stains. He also did the stairs which I had not requested but asked him to clean when he got here which he did and I was the last appointment on a Friday afternoon. He was very prompt and very respectful of our home. We had just had wood floors replaced and he covered the wood so as not to damage the new hardwood floors. I will definitely use Ali again.

What a great experience!!! I was quoted for an 8:30-9:00 AM arrival time, and Ali did NOT disappoint, arriving at 8:31 on the dot. He even made sure to call me first so that I could meet him outside (easier with two dogs at home) and he had everything ready to go. The process took a little over 30 minutes and he was quick to clean up. Ali is beyond friendly, respectable, and professional and I will be using his services in the future!

Ali did a great job at our home in North Denver. We remodeled a bathroom and the main floor was filthy as a result. He was super responsive, even when I changed my appt multiple times. His company reached out the night before to confirm the appt and even offered to come earlier. He was at our house on time and finished in the time frame that was promised. I was looking for a little “pick me up” in the high traffic areas of my home’s carpet prior to hosting a last minute baby shower.I have to admit, my carpet was so heavily soiled and stained that I really didn’t have much hope for making it look better, but I wanted to try. Ali was prompt, polite, and clear in his communication. He did everything he promised and delivered results. Where I used to have dark stains on my carpet, it now looks like it never happened. Ali scrubbed and scrubbed both my bathroom and kitchen linoleum floors, even getting the gnarly stuff behind the fridge and stove. I called RiNo to clean several sets of mattresses and box springs, they made an appointment for the next day and came out when they said they would. They were extremely professional (he wore a mask with his uniform) and reviewed the job carefully with me first before finalizing the quote, which was slightly less than I had been expecting. TL;DR Ali was fantastic! He was punctual, able to come the next day after I accepted his help, and explained everything he was going to do. Health issues with respiratory problems from our new carpet’s off gassing fixed!Review:I was having major respiratory issues with the off-gassing from new carpets we had installed in the basement. The first day I tried to work in my newly-carpeted office, I ended up spending the next 2 days in bed with major breathing problems, headaches, throat ache, and dry eyes (unfavorable symptoms to have during the COVID times 😀 ). In spite of running fans and circulating air for the next week after the installation, my reactions to the carpet were still there after a half day in the office and 2 more days in bed.Research online indicated that I was likely sensitive to one of the two major toxic gasses 4-PCH (4-phenylcyclohexene) that off-gas from new carpets as I had all but one of the most common symptoms. Treatment for the chemical seemed to be high-heat steam cleaning. This is when I searched around for a professional carpet cleaner.While I got multiple responses on Yelp, I decided to go with Ali as he was one of the first to respond, charged a reasonable service charge, and even after questioning all the cleaners that responded, he was the one that had experienced cleaning for this before.1 week after the first treatment, one of the two rooms was perfect, but the other apparently had some lingering off gassing. Without hesitation, Ali came back over the same day I asked, and re-treated the questionable room.Ali, thank you for your patience and assistance with my carpet issue! Will absolutely keep you at the top of my list when we need the rest of our house’s carpets cleaned in the future, as well as recommend you to anyone that brings up carpet cleaning needs!

I’m so thoroughly impressed by results by my carpets like-new results in all of my rental units. I used him of a few of my units and he was the most thorough at deep cleaning, that I now use RiNo Carpet Cleaning exclusively. My rentals unit carpets are so consistently done everytime and Ali is always prompt and really puts in extra attention to the stains I point out. I can’t beat the steam cleaning quality which takes care of any COVID-19 concerns and his price is the lowest for the higher end quality cleaning service that he provides. We have really old carpet in our downstairs and have considered changing it out for some time. It has pet stains and a bad odor. Ali was very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning my couch and loveseat! I have a large couch with a pull out mattress and he even offered to clean the mattress for me for a small cost. Ali came and was in and out in about an hour. His estimate was fair and maybe undervalued considering how clean he left everything. He wore booties and put down mats where he brought the hoses. Hopefully my dog doesn’t whatever intestinal distress prompted calling Ali again, but if she does I wouldn’t hesitate to call.

Rino carpet is very professional. They send texts to update you on the status of the job so that you know exactly when they arrive to the site and when they finish if you are not around. They answer all the questions you have about the care. Very knowledgeable, safe and trustworthy. They do a great job on the cleaning even on tough stains. Their services are reasonably priced too. I strongly recommend RiNo carpet cleaning.

Ali was very professional. He came out on time and cleaned our carpet. There was a very bad stain that did not completely come out. Ali came back out and worked hard on removing spot. Did a great job. Can hardly see spot now. I give them a 5 star.

Highly recommend RiNo carpet cleaning. We are getting ready to list our home for sale and he was sure to take good care of our place. Ali came by on relatively short notice to help with a rug. It had the usual wear and tear that comes with two furry friends with dark hair and dirty feet, as well as an occasional spill.
