He was over an hour late to the job. Didn't call to give a heads up. I had to cancel another appointment and was charged a $50 cancelation fee. When I told him about the additional fee I had to pay because he was late, his response was "okay, that's fine". Didn't apologize or offer to discount his service.He did just an okay job cleaning my rug. Theres still lots of dirt in the tassels as you can see. I definitely would not recommend.

What a great experience I had with them this week. I arranged for a small room at my house, and a full clean at my office downtown and they did a spectacular job! They were timely with scheduling and the technicians arrived on time. Extremely professional, conscientious and easy to work with. We had a unique situation with our couch and The worker was very honest about whether or not their service would work on it which I appreciated. Unfortunately I have to be out of my apt in the next 30days so i didn’t go through with the service incase my couch doesn’t fit into my next spot - he was super understanding about the situation

I'll start with the good things: The technician who came to our house was kind, polite, and clearly cared about doing a good job. He wore clean shoe covers to protect our carpet, was respectful throughout, and took his time going over the stained areas more than once, which I appreciated. The owner was also responsive and agreed to send someone back when I said the issue wasn’t resolved – which I value.That being said, I hired the company specifically to treat pet urine odor and stains on the carpets, based on a recommendation and after asking the owner directly on the phone if they could handle this type of case. He assured me they could. I also paid an extra $100 for a full deep clean, not just spot treatment.Unfortunately, after both visits, the strong smell of urine is still very noticeable (maybe about 30% less than before), and the stain itself is still visible. Only after the first visit did the owner mention that the smell might never fully come out and that the carpet might need to be replaced – which wasn’t mentioned at all in our initial call. Had I known that in advance, my expectations would have been different, and I might have chosen to replace the carpet instead.The technician also arrived almost an hour late both times, which was difficult given my schedule.All in all, while I appreciated the effort and professionalism of the technician, the results were disappointing, especially considering the high cost and the fact that my main concerns – the odor and the stain – remain.

We also returned for a second visit to continue working on the problem. However, as we explained, replacing the carpet pad is often the only reliable solution when the damage is that severe — especially in rental properties where long-term buildup has occurred.As for the timing, we did communicate that we had a major job earlier that day and a long drive up north. We appreciate your patience and understanding in that regard.While we’re proud of the effort and care we put into this job, we understand your frustration and only wish the results had met your expectations. My dog puked all over my wool rug. I was worried about the stain not coming out since we attempted cleaning but was not able to remove the stain. I did not want to waste any time, called a few cleaners, but no availability in Greenwood Village for the times I could make it. Rino Carpet cleaning was very timely and courteous compare to multiple phone calls I made to others. Both during the phone call and their visit they were very responsive, understanding and timely since I was worried stain settling if I waited too long. My rug is as good as new. We also had some previous stains from an accidental tea spill, but the technician Berkant was very professional, talented and polite. I definitely recommend their services.

I have a white rug that I used as an entrance runner and it obviously got wrecked. Rino Carpet Cleaners arrived at my house on time, picked up the rug, and dropped it back off after cleaning (anbout 40 mins later) and it looks almost brand new. Extremely happy with the results and service. I will definitely use them in the future.

I called 8 places around Denver for residential carpet cleaning and felt that RiNo Carpet Cleaning was the best choice for us! I was looking for a reasonable price (not the cheapest but also not the most expensive), ideally locally owned and not franchised, not extremely pushy and salesy, and did hot water method for the deep clean. I had Berkant from Rino Carpet Cleaning clean all the carpets. He was very cordial and efficient. It took a couple of hours. The cleaning process was amazing and cleaned areas I thought would never happen. The price was was very fair and appropriate.

I booked you to clean the carpet. You should do your job. I know very well about my house carpet. I am ready to challenge those are not pet stains. I can do lab test and I can prove that you were wrong. My wife clearly explained that are turmeric strains. Its the prayer place, how could will get pet strains. You should do your job. You should not tell wrong things to my tenant. I paid you $340 and you asked my tenant additional $290. You should inform me ahead before charging them. I called you, but not my tenant. you look for opportunity to charge from my tenant. I paid $290 to my tenant as you charged. If you take money like this, I would check other cleaners which can do better job and better price. You are actions breaking owner and tenant relationship. Don't do this to next clients and don't ask extra money and reviews.
I called RiNo carpet cleaning and get the quote. Later he said there are pet marks on it. Never have pet on my carpet. We have turmeric marks on one place and he is not agreeing. That place is prayer place and we never have pet things. My kid played with slime. I agree on that. This carpet guy talked with wrong things to my tenant and changed again almost same price. I paid $340 and my tenant paid $290. He didn’t informed me and talk with my tenant and asked them to pay. I am ready to challenge to send the lab to test that it’s not pet marks. We didn't even ask or offer and discount for your review. it was all your choice as we know. We have finalized the bill over the phone after negotiating the price. When we arrived to your house, after we walked through the whole house with your wife and seeing the carpets how stained and soiled we didn't change the price of general deep carpet cleaning and didn't charge any extra for those stains. Bill reminded as $340. As we inform to all our clients about pet stain and odor removal as an additional service and quotes on-site after knowing the condition of the carpets by walking through with an UV light. After we walk through with our UV light to detect all pet stain accidents, We let your wife know that there are a lot pet accidents and cost of getting rid of them and cost of it was $290. She decided not to treat those spots since it was an additional service and probably it is a rental property. While our technician was cleaning the carpet new tenants asked about condition of the carpets. Technician explained the condition of the carpet and additional cost for pet accidents removal. Because of they were going to live there they decide d to pay the additional $290 and have us apply stain/odor removal. When we completed the job and accepted the payments we sent all receipt to your email address and we informed you before we started the job and after we are completed. We are really confused why are you so unhappy about our work once you really appreciated

Ali was amazing!!! We have been wanting to clean our carpets some time now due to dog accidents and just general cleaning before winter. I called RiNo and they gave me a quote that was perfect. Ali showed up on time and immediately got to work. He was extremely meticulous and methodical in his process. The entire job was done in less than 3 hours!! The carpet looked and felt amazing. They did a wonderful job! I couldn’t believe how new my carpets looked. I had a horrible stain from a facial vitamin C serum that turned my carpet pink and they were able to get it out. It’s barely visible now. I had two other companies come in and try to get it out they were unable to but Rhino was able to do it! Great customer service and extremely friendly. I asked for several quotes on Yelp and was lucky enough to get an answer back from RiNo. I’m so thankful they were able to make it happen. Because of my high-rise condo sitch, they had to use portable equipment but the entire job was done in less than 3 hours, despite Ali having to make multiple trips down to the truck for different attachments and equipment.
